how do you know if lvl is Animated/autobuilded/imported ?
some people are pro and know how to build like animator do!
do you have program to detect Animated/autobuilded/imported lvl otherwise you can not prove.

If we suspect that a level has been animated/autobuilded/imported, we will hold internal discussions and possibly consult someone who is well-versed in this subject. If we think that the map has indeed been autobuilded or imported, it will be disqualified.

what are you looking for rpg? like for mini games-hard,easy,fun ? and art- pixel,design,orginal ?

Both great art and great level design. Basically, your level needs to pretty and playable.
