Ping speed showing wrong speed

Hello, I am Anatoly and EE is laggy.

I am pretty sure, I haven't been waiting for 20 seconds to get response. It was more like maximum 10 seconds delayed lag.

You are still experiencing significant lag though? (Its not like theres no delay at all and its showing 20 seconds for some reason?)
