Actually yeah we should stop with valentine. It's not like people don't make love from the 15th of February untill the 13th of February next year. It's not like everyone is born in mid-November. It's just a reason for girls to ask for flowers but it's not like they can do that any other day of the year.

It's not a day where you're supposed to love someone more than you supposedly do. It's a day of celebrating the love between intimate partners. In certain places, Valentine's Day is a day where females ask out males by giving them chocolate. On white day which would occur a month afterwards (March 14), the males would give return gifts to them.

So, tldr, in most places it's a day of celebrating love itself, not who you love. In other places, it's meant to spur romance and give people courage to ask others out.

Depends on the girl. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I haven't a doubt most wouldn't care if they had an interest in you. You've been generalizing a lot recently. Earlier you implied girls only care for money - which also is an untrue assumption. For example, I don't care about it.

Valentine's day, as Crybaby pointed out, is more meant to be a day where you celebrate love, rather than giving gifts to each other. If you gauge love by how many gifts you've received, it's not really love. It's also not necessarily a golden rule that you must spend time together. My SO was busy most of yesterday, I'm not leaving them over that or over no gifts. I love them and I told them that yesterday. :J

Please quote. Also I don't take many holidays and whatever serious. I was only joking about girls only using valentines day for love and gifts. It's just that I don't care about 'Celebrating love' and all that. Same with Christmas. I mean yeah it's about the birth of Jesus Christ but I don't really take it too serious because I'm not religious myself (And before you say I hate against being Christian without me actually saying that, I don't hate any religion but I don't believe in one either). Oh that, that was also a joke. I understand people wanna spend time with family during holidays, which is probably always the case but during holidays everyone is free so there's actually time. That isn't really the case with valentines day but still.
