A command to play a sound or a notification

Instead of using coins to let players know someone is waiting for them in ee i'd rather have a command like /wake [username] which plays a sound or a notification will be given to the player

i mean u do know there can be a way to reduce spam like a setting how much per minute people can /wake you

Or just set sound to 0...

I only think of bots to use it, otherwise it would be annoying.

I don't think that would work when you are in someone else's world and they don't place a block. But an option you can quickly turn on and off in the options menu along with world options, fullscreen, volume etc. could work.
