time trials extra

tim trials which requires you to get all coins including blue's this will cost more time but shows how great you actualy are in campaings

Yeah let's place a god block in a campaign. Totally can't be used for cheating

some have them if you got all blues aswell

all all - complete the world and collect all coins and touch all cakes/diamonds/holograms and enable all purple switches and reveal all secret blocks and have 0 deaths

I'd say to have a 100% condition for worlds. Not all of them are as obvious as "collect all blues" even if that's what it is for most.

Example: relativity t4's 100% is "all gold coins", and for t4 lcd the last blue is imposs.
