Outright the only way to negate the drama is to pretend like nothing happened or try to fix it professionally IMO. Too close to a big milestone to be firing essentials from the team or calling the owner crazy. If everyone takes a step back from the situation, I think less harm may come of it than it would to many other options.

I'll say 100% Xeno was in the wrong here, but I also believe what he has done for the game outweighs a single stupid decision, something I hope he too sees looking at Phina, Gosha, and LukeM who he believes are the ones who made the "single stupid decision" from his perspective.

Of course, we don't actually know 100% of what's been going on behind scenes, but I don't know how much it matters at this point in this situation.

I was waiting for this. I personally don't think Xeno was in the right frame of mind. I get like this many times myself, and I become a different person. I think this was an extreme scenario where he let his anger take control of his business side, leading to the firing everyone who disagrees with him part. I still feel this is a single instance and in a way a single decision.

Xeno, if you're reading this, I strongly urge you just to keep emotion out of business because this **** happens from a single mistake. I'm not going to disown you as what I personally feel to be EE's best owner yet, but I've no doubt many people are going to if you don't fix this quickly and efficiently. You don't need to believe you're wrong to take the role of the wrong person when that is the only way to keep the team together. Address your concerns later, but this should be full-on damage control right now.
