Closed beta email

I signed up for closed beta because I want to have some form of early access even though patreon can already access it. But I saw that I would get an e-mail about it but I don't know the password to it. It's not my main e-mail since I used to play on facebook and used my main e-mail for an alt on ee.com. I know the e-mail I have for my account but I don't have the password. In order to change it I would have to use the e-mail that is currently in use to change it but I can't access it. Can some staff help me please?
Note: Not putting e-mail for privacy reasons

What does the "Collapsed" checkbox on the friend list do?
why am i unable to see the friends that are offline right now
it says "No friends currently playing"

edit: okay they're all in social tab now

Collapsed mode makes it so if 2 or more friends are in the same world it puts Person, Person 2 are playing in World instead of
Person is playing in World
Person 2 is playing in World
Person 3 is playing in World 2

I'm not sure which one of us is wrong here but I don't think it said this. I recall it saying that if you want to change your email then you should send an email to [I presume the EE staff account] from the new email saying you want to change it to that email whilst also including your login details (so they know it's you).

I also need an e-mail change, but my situation is a little different. The e-mail my EE account has is fake and never existed. It seems impossible to create an account with that e-mail, too.

Some yonom thing tells me my account was made in 2012. Maybe I didn't even have a real e-mail at that time.

I have something worse that a fake account, my brother's account. Do you know how much sifting I have to go through each time there's an important EE based message? I really need to change my account email. How do I do this though? Do I wait until they send me an email then reply back with the details or?... Because I don't know the EE staff email.
