Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

No matter how quick I am, the key duration is too short for me to make a jump at the moment I need to to get into the up arrows at the top of this mini. Even closing all other programs and tabs to ensure 60 fps average, I was still not fast enough, even with perfect inputs. What's going on with this mini?

Yes, it is.
Don’t use the arrows on the left at the start. Just jump straight onto the platform; it’s a precision jump to the next one.

I used to have 60 FPS in previous versions, but I noticed that the FPS decreased since the christmas update
thanks to those FPS, the client had a reaction delay and I was stuck there for half an hour
but I did it, so it is possible (and still better than playing on VM)

It's possible, even I did it. The last part where you drop down you gotta make sure to go 1 block left.
