Only admins can do that.

No. They have a different feature which allows them to move the camera without moving their player, which (such redundancy) allows achieving a similar purpose.

pretty much what i can read is his suggestion is only hide himself form hiself like /hide players already does

Give world owners a bool:

if it's true then players can hide themselves
if it's false then it's like earlier.

"Invisible Block" - gives you power to make yourself invisible - or - makes you invisible at all.

OMG GUYS this sussgetsion is literay to hdie youself liek you now can do wiht /hide players none will be affected by this only yourself it doesnt give advantanges or disadvantanges as theen /hide players should be removed too

This suggestion isn't meant to allow you to hide yourself from other players, only from yourself.

Being able to hide from other players is beyond ridiculous.
