Allow all users of the crew with edit right to place NPC
Could be an implementation for the rebooted version.
It´s impossible in some cases to work as a team on the crew worlds if the hoster is the only one who can uses particular only owner of the world items.

Actually the shop doesn't warn us that it will be OWNER only items. I want a refund.

It would be cool if all limited owner only items could be used by a crew.
Idea 1: All items from all users are combined.
Idea 2: All users use the items only the owner has'
Idea 3: The crew gets its own set of limited owner only items that any qualified member can use. Maybe owner can also place these items from a separate pool.

lets give crew members an extra box to tick whter theyre allowed to playce owner only itmes
