World Portal

Bug with the world portal, if I take it on block picker then click two times 1 :
Shows the World Name as the old world Id of the previous worldportal.
It's a bit hard to understand I know, but it should show the name of the current worldID and not the old worldID, so I made a gif for better understanding:

EDIT1:
Using BlockPicker it does not take the new World, it gets the old WorldID, so is more one problem.

If all goes to plan this should be fixed in the next update :O

I've changed it so that the copied ID will be put in the ID box then the world name will be loaded (as well as fixed a few other small related things).
