Most people who use arrows use them because you can hold 3+ arrow keys at the same time while jumping.
People who use WASD or either left handed, or do it because their keyboard is stupid and locks when a certain number of keys are held.
I use WASD for complex minigames, and arrows when the minigames are simple. Complex and simple don't mean hard and easy, though.

I always play with WASD because I am lefthandet (I use with right hand the mouse).plus I do it with one hand 1 WASD 1 S P A C E!
