Campaign Worlds.

So a lot of people complain about their worlds becoming a campaign tier without their permission, or people giving consent awhile ago and then changing their mind. I think a simple solution is to make a forum channel where you can put a list of worlds you're fine with becoming a campaign tier. That way the campaign curators can pluck worlds from that list without trying to hunt the world owner down. If a world isn't on that list, then they should be forced to ask for permission from the world owner, despite whatever consent they gave in the past.

halloween 2017 and advent calendar both went by too quickly, and campaign staff didn't have time to track people down

as for the rest of the campaigns, i'm p sure everyone was tracked down
