Which is it? Plurality or majority? Also this is about entering overtime, not ending it.
If it's plurality, only ties enter overtime. Majority means we get overtime so long as nobody gets 4 votes.

Everyone’s ping spiked for a second, and when the spike subsided, many chat messages were sent at once. After the chat was spammed, everyone noticed marcoantonimsantos was not talking at all. He wasn’t even there.
marcoantonimsantos lost connection from the game Night 2. He was an EE Player.
