Themes
It would be great to have Themes included in EE, so every block had its' own look. Instead of modifiying client, it could be like this.
Basically, as you already figured out, it will give you your own style of view.

Looks awful. Themes are also a bad idea because it can ruin in-game art. This is not minecraft where chests turn into presents in christmas.
