View smiley's shop descriptions when you already own them

E.g. the smirk smiley is described "A slight turn of the mouth for the smug." If you bought it and hovered over it on the smiley selector for long enough, it would show that description.

Maybe smileys that aren't in the shop could also be given descriptions.

there should be an option or button somwher ein game that sayssmiley descriptions there you ca nfill in smiley id or name and boom description shown

You mean similar to how block tags and/or sometimes descriptions show up when hovering over a block?
