That isn't really proof enough that NVD can't take it down. If pIO told NVD that EBE cannot be taken down, then your claim that NVD has no control over EBE would be correct. However that is not how it went down. pIO just ignored NVDs request. That is all. But for some stupid reason people consider it viable enough to be considered proof that NVD can't do anything to EBE. He very much can.

Then we have Gosha believing EBE is just a complete client copy with nothing changed but the game id. Yes it uses the EE client, but so many clientsided bugs were fixed I doubt I could go through and count them all. On the EBE forums, RM42 posts whenever he updates and what bugs were fixed, but those aren't ALL of the fixed bugs.

so in your efforts to get rid of the EE community, you made a carbon copy of EE and advertised it all over EE? seems legit
