We can write %USERNAME% in signs to get your name in uppercase :O

I think it won't be added. Because some names are not supposed to only have the first letter capitalized, there are more. Or they add a feature to rewrite your username with lowercase and uppercase characters. And the regular %username% will take that name (because why would you need the lowercase name?)
