Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

There appears to be a distinct lack of consistency within several integral aspects of the game, which clearly affects everyone, in some fashion.
This topic isn't intended to be a rant against changing protocols and procedures, but rather a discussion, for or against, a standard of consistency.
There is a noteworthy precedent for, and expectations of, a series of changes in regards to the Unity update, which fundamentally changes the existing protocols.
I've noticed these changes occurring recently as well, with notable examples being the 'Background Color Fixes', and naming inconsistencies within, as well as deprecation of, database properties.
The first of which, a modification to the pre-established minimap colours, which was vehemently despised against, and eventually reverted, in the past.
The second of which, a series of inconsistent naming conventions, reminiscent of lower-camel-casing, as well as total deprecation of database properties.
This is the exact same series of catastrophes that happens all the time in every field where demand is high, and competency is low.
I personally do recommend veering off course into the realm of incompetency and neglect, as a developer, and of a player.
Perhaps you disagree, or have other examples of inconsistencies?
Post a reply, and further the discussion, which may, hopefully, provide merit towards consistency and concision within future updates.

Well, there is one other inconsistency I noticed, but it is here, on forums.
It's the subforums called "Level Creation" and "Rooms" and it always bugs me because I would name them "World Creation" and "Worlds"...

The point of every video game is to get better. Why not fix the little inconsistencies while you have the time to? It'll make the game better. They're not even that difficult to fix.
Let's not even START on the inconsistencies in the level data (rotations being different numbers for different tiles, same thing for colors)

There have been numerous topics concerning the insignificant inconsistencies, most of which are readily patchable with minor difficulty.
I find it much more worthwhile to prioritize and index inconsistencies whose difficulty pose more of a challenge, as as a result, are less likely to be patched.
An example of this would be the previous post above yours - it's fairly trivial and could be patched in less than 10 minutes by merely asking a staff member.
