Add twitter bird! *Bring back old item from 2012*

Hello! I only noticed that EE bringing back twitter account! But why there's no twitter bird in EE lobby? I wish it will.
I have suggestion of these, when your clicker is in twitter bird,not clicking it and appear like this: http://imgur.com/a/AAjAD
That's right! Twitter bird supposed to say: Hello! Do you want more news from EE? Click me for more news!

But what if your mouse clicker is bit far away from twitter bird? Sign of twitter bird pops out! Like this: http://imgur.com/a/AT1AG
That's all. I do want bring back this.

And some admins *from main ee's twitter* how about upload random things,dev,leak (not much please),fun things daily?

I like this idea, since the ee twitter needs a lot more attention, its 10/10 and I think what would be cooler is if there was a code for following the ee twitter (like e-mail codes for the postman) and you get a twitter smiley, helping promote the twitter even more.
