Loss of items
Hello. I am here to tell you I have lost all my friends, my crew and my GEMS. I also would like to change my password and email. I sent an email to NVD but I never got a reply.

If it's true, that might be the same bug I got a long time ago with ooberdarkrai.
I lost all my items, incluing the rares one. My worlds also got cleared too
So yeah, I have talked with EE Staff and I got some of my items back. They might help you too, don't worry
