Spelling mistake in registration error message

Two-in-one bug here, one being I can't register for a new account and two, the error message has a spelling mistake.

Steps to reproduce
- Go to everybodyedits.com
- Log out of your account, if you are logged in
- Click the register button
- Enter in a valid email address
- Enter in a valid password
- Press register
- Click "Send me another activation code" (or something along the lines)
- Red text, saying "An error has occured " will appear.

Expected outcome
- Registration doesn't have an error message
- Should say "occurred"
