Can't apply faceplate

I tried clicking the "save" button in "select a faceplate" but it doesnt do anything. i have confetti faceplate btw.

bumping this, it actually happend to me once, but when i exited the tab, it saved, today i was going to change my faceplate again and it didn't work, it still the same faceplate as before
