How to get the red ninja smiley?

I have seen that so many people have red ninja. How can I get it or am I still able to get it? (If it matters I have the simple ninja smiley.)

Yes, yes you can still get it.
I was completely spoiled on how to get it, unfortunately, but here's the following:

Anyway, Nvd [A(n) (retired?) EE moderator] once gave this hint out:

"Red ninja is Alone + Red key + Patience"

Then, Marios (An EE veteran), so that he helps with the confusing hint, gives out this other clue:

"Hidden in EE there is a whole universe
that makes the visitor's smiley a red colored ninja.
You can visit this universe but only for a very small period of time-
and as you don't feel it, it's probably less than 1/20th of a second.
The portal to the universe is an engine with a red key inside
in which the user must stay still but must also be moving somehow
and along with that a period of complete stasis.
After some time you enter the universe
and your smiley becomes the so-looked-before
red ninja."

Why is it that everyone does it like that and yet my method was something completely different and only worked for me? I think it was technically similar to that key thingy except I didn't afk, so I must have been lucky enough to get the smiley immediately.
