It is still your doing that allows the players to troll in that way, try making it a bit more troll-proof.

If you obtained those IPs in the way I think you did, they're extremely outdated and very few users have them.

There is clearly a need for it by some users?
Also I bought the world - and I pseudo own it,
why am I not allowed to control who gets in it?

Imagine there is a person I don't like, because he just stole my girlfriend.
I don't wan't him in my level, but still I need to kick him every 5 min.
Such a waste of time and energy for that one.

People can change their IP's.
Somebody else might get a banned IP, even though they weren't the original owner.

People can circumvent a standard ban, too - and it's still there.
The user get's what he wants. An IP-ban. Also things like these could be solved with cookies & an activation email.

The users account age should be easily accessible, so that super new users can be identified. For example, having a user that was "created 5 minutes ago" and is asking for edit, probably shouldn't be given edit. This prevents users from just creating accounts mindlessly to troll someone else.

This is a really good idea, and an activation email + skill testing question is the minimal for security/spam purposes. I'm not sure why this hasn't been implemented yet.

Basic information that we've had come into grasp and pass seem to be the dominant ideas here.
PlayerObjects show(ed?) the IP address. Users could choose to ban on that. Player levels gave a good indication of their dedication to EE.

Hexagon, I would see your account age and raise you a max energy level. (Or some way to determine how much they PLAY, not how long ago the alt (cough) was created)

I also agree with the IP ban. If there is a backfire, that's an issue for the world owner. Your problem is simply education and implementing. If bans become a problem, they can take action. Otherwise, they're good to go. (People can be dumb, but properly motivated, they can figure some things out.)

Again, if you don't want someone to troll your world, DO NOT GIVE THEM THE ABILITY TO EDIT. If your world name is "code is 1234123", whatever, and someone comes in ruins all the hard work you put into your stairs... that's your fault. We're not going to give people the ability to indefinitely boot someone, especially since the easiest solution is right in front of them.

We have a /giveedit command, so use it to give those who you trust edit. And don't even give me the line of, "I don't want to /giveedit username 20 people". Your other option is to get a bot to protect against trolling, but that isn't exactly full proof.

He's talking about that he doesn't want a person in his/her room.
A person can also troll by spamming the chat, hence we'd like methods to ban a person not just on something innocent like a username, where a user can easily create a new one.

I already mentioned that and it seems he means actually trolling by placing blocks as said here.
