Outline Coin / Death counters

There should be an outline the numbers of the coin and death counters, because they aren't legible on white. Nothing much more to add.

(Also the spectating message)

What if, instead, the text was an inverted color of whatever was under it? If the text is on some blank blocks it will be white, if it's on the cloud blocks it will be black, and if it's on a blue background it will be orange.

No, that's pointless and would look ugly, sorry.
A thin black outline is a much more practical solution
