I also don't like anything with frosting on it. I usually eat the frosting and leave whatever the frosting was on.

i think d55 is the smartest here

Grades don't measure intelligence anyway, they measure how much you can put up with BS.

And a 29 on the ACT is good though, and shows that grades are unnecessarily important and don't really tell how SMART a person is.

Yeah tests only measure how well you can concentrate and read.
You may be super smart with math, but you could be horrible with ELA and you won't be able to comprehend what the question is asking.
It would say you got a low grade but you really didnt.

That's not really accurate. Of course that's necessary to be able to not do poorly on them, but (unless they are very horribly put together) they will also measure your ability in the subject.

this is the best post on the forums, hands down. you know why? because pilot pens are legitimately the best pens in the entire universe. "favorite pen brand"? pilot. no one's ever going to ask that, but it's pilot. just so you know. want to get me a gift? pilot precise v5 black pens. or v7. zoey2070 v5 and g2 pens are both rly amazing i have like 30 g2 pens with diff colors

before that i used like 6 v5 pens for like a year or 2

i also use the bottle 2 pen pens a lot they r rly gud

also in the few days i spent googling stuff on pens i found that a lot of ppl said the pilot vanishing point is rly good though its like 100 dollars

and lol at how much better pilot pens r than most other pens i come across
for years and years every pen i would use they would dry out quickly or randomly not work and id always have to bring a bunch to school to make sure id have a working pen just in case, . then i would randomly have a v5 pen that one of my parents had thatd i took or something by accident i cant remember how i got them and i used it only for a long time bc it never dries out or whatever and would always work .
id actually use them until they ran out of ink whereas other pens would just stop working altogether with a bunch of ink left lol

then i started using g2 and b2p they and v5 are all much better than most other pens

tldr pilot pens nevr dry out or randomly not work for a second like other pens

omg also they are easy to write with u dont have to like press on the paper when writing with them like u have to do with other pens
so u dont have to focus on the actual writing u can focus on what u want to write instead

anch sadly im a noob at fountain pens the fountain pen i have was like 3 dollars and idk what brand it is im not sure wher it is now but its still amazing

Yeah, Pilot pens are pretty nice. Before FPs my pen of choice was the Pilot Precise, which is basically the same concept but with a ballpoint. Uses liquid ink and a plastic feed and all. I'd like to get myself a Custom 823 or Custom Heritage 92 someday.

I got myself a Nemosine Singularity in Medium to start, then ordered a rainbow 7-pack of Pilot Varsities (cheap, Medium nib "disposable" fountain pens, but they can be refilled). Plus, my dad just recently bought me a clear TWSBI Vac 700 (among other things) for my birthday.

That is the opposite of the point of fountain pens. The ink's just meant to flow and really, you shouldn't have to apply any pressure (though your lines aren't going to be super straight that way). I feel like maybe it's clogged or the tines aren't properly aligned or there's some other issue. I'd really advise you to give them another try (if it's something you'd like to do). Get a cheap Jinhao or a Pilot Metropolitan or something cheap that will still write nice.
