Also, I think it can be ok, but what if someone makes an inappropriate smiley?

EDIT: That question's completely irrelevant, but to do so, get the link of a picture (JUST the picture) and copy the url. Now go into your siggy (assuming you know how to edit your siggy) and enter:

[ img ] *insert url here* [ /img ]

without the spaces. Now click submit and tada!! You have a pic in your siggy.

In your case, just add the [ img ] to the front of the url and [ /img ] at the back of the url. No spaces.
