RPGMaster2000, I have some asks:
Can I do smiley art, but do new, original smileys?
Can I do in one map two worlds: one good and one bad (halloween)?

One concern RPG, the blog clearly says the time frame for building is between 24-31 Oct, yet how will you guys find out if the building started during that time? Can't people just cheat and pre-make the world? There's also no rules to enforce this.

You can start before that, as I've said multiple times before. This has always been the case in other contests as well.

Yes, making two worlds in one map is fine.

I got a question about the rules. It says it must be halloween themed does that mean i cant have any other bricks apart from halloween bricks. Does it mean i cant have it go through a whole area with out them aswell?
