I use acid to eat up the hill. I then use magic to disable the force field, and make another hill with a giant, indestructible mansion on it.

I rebuild the hill, kick you out of my mansion, and add an indestructible force field. If anyone (excluding me) somehow gets in the force field, they cease to exist.

I use a spell, the last ever spell, to teleport everyone to the real world, where you cannot break the laws of physics. It is Winter, so I sit down next to my fireplace and wait until you die of hunger, or you just decide to go home.
I claim the hill, however I bring some of my belongings and money, so I buy the land and order a house to be built there.
