Everyone knows that fail/ blackout will get ISP banned then screwed over.

I can't call it to hack other users when it's just a lame scam. So stop call him a hacker when he isn't one. Just a little kid that using scam.

As in reported to his ISP and removed from his ISP. Or as hostmask/ISP banned from EE and the forum?
If he/she is using a proxy it's useless to do much about it.

Yeah.. calling me a hacker is actually giving me way too much credit lol..

It's more like "lousy poorly thought out scam".
