visitor messages

there's already the pm, but there should be a public vm on every registered user's wall where you type in a type box at the top, submit it, and it shows at the top of the user's vm section below the type box. when a message gets sent to someone, that person would get a notification.
ex:

i would say that was a pretty good drawing knowing i'm a lefty using a mouse
