Block Idea
EE should have lava blocks, and whenever you touch them, they send you back to the nearest respawn point. The block would kinda look like this:

Ok, I agree with you guys. But, mabye if you hit the lava block 3 times (while bouncing) you will respawn to the last normal block that you touched.
