Very nice
I know its your first, but I want to give you a tip!
Give a little detail, like same color but darker or lighter in some spots.
Nice design though

It's Okay.

If it gets in-game I hope people wont open "EVERY COIN IS MAGIC" levels and start *cough*'pedobearing with that smiley.

One thing: Save in PNG, not JPEG, JPEG ruins the quality. PNG does not.
