Some ideas:
Block Points: Every time you kill someone (while not crashing into eachother), you get one Block Point. Block Points can be used to buy extra stuff in the "Block Market", such as new guns. The block market can be accessed with !market.
Block Market: You can buy
-Shield: Gives you a shield
-Teleport: Teleports the nearest enemy somewhere else
-Disguise: Disguises you into a member of the enemy team.
-Bazooka: Unlike the default gun, this gun has splash damage (3x3 radius). Has longer reload time
Items can be bought with !buy [item], and can be used by typing !use [item]. You can switch guns with !gun [name of gun]. The default gun's name is Default.
Additional Modes:
-Maze: The same as normal mode, but with limited space to move. Walls are indicated with gray checker blocks. ADDED!
-King: One user is the king for each team (indicated by the yellow block). Kill the king to win. Idea by KEN234
-Color: The same as normal mode, but people respawn a while after they die, and the goal of the game is to color spaces, by walking on them. Bombs and bazooka splash damage now leave color. There are also spaces that are normally inaccesible that can be reached with bombs. Also, people can walk over other peoples' colors to recolor them into their color. The person who left the most color wins. Bombs appear more frequently in this mode. Inspired by Battle Blocks.
Additional Powerups:
Invincible: Your block can not be harmed for 10 seconds, and kills every user (other than the ones on his team) on contact. It also makes you move a bit faster, Very rare. Can not be bought in store.

Market(Some man idea):
-Secret block: You can choose a block to be you in ffa.
-Energetic: Run most fast for 40 seconds.
-Stalker bullet: A disorienting bullet that stalks the most near people, after 20 seconds disappear if dont hit anyone.
Additional modes:
-4v4v4: Its 3 teams(blue,red,green), one against each other, there came more modes:
*4v4v4 ctf: Its like the normal ctf, but if someone take a team flag, the team is eliminated, won the team who remain or last standed.
*4v4v4 dtc: Like normal dtc, but the team with all cores destroyed get eliminated, won the team who remain.
-Area domination: Someone be in a floor to fill bar and others try to defend, won the team with most area dominated after 150 seconds.
-NPC: Its player team against NPCs.
Powerups:
-Cage: If someone take, it locks the nearly people for 30 seconds.
-Matrix: Press space to stop bullets(should be correct direction), powerup ends after 15 seconds. P.S. If you have this powerup, you cannot shoot to kill.
Tournament types(Showing again for players see how is):
Tourney: Its 4 players groups, the first ones proceed to elimination.
Cup: Its elimination(Better when signed peoples is 4,8,16,32...)
League: When everyone fights against everyone, who got most points is the champion.
Others:
-Best match player: After match ends, it announces the best player of the match.
-Points today: Shows the points you got today, say !todaypoints to show points you got today(If crash, it will reset).

Market would be cool, however:
- Causes chat spam.
- Whoever is doing well, can buy even more buffs, making them even stronger.
But last problem could be fixed by selling only appearance stuff in market, such as sblocks.
But there's a big problem with using the items:
can be used by pressing Shift/Ctrl/Whatever
This is not possible, bot can only detect player pressing movement keys and spacebar, and indirectly godmode key G, if player has edit, but using it is bit tricky.
Using items could be done otherwise maybe with chat (!use itemname), but starting to write in middle of fight is risky. But for some items that are used very rare, that would be fine. Also effects that last for 1-x rounds and have to be bought before match starts wouldn't have that problem.
-King: One user is the king for each team (indicated by the yellow block). Kill the king to win. Idea by KEN234
King mode is nice idea, I guess players would respawn, otherwise it might just become team deathmatch. For king safest strategy would probably be to camp somewhere safe behind teammates. (though it's bit risk/reward, king who would attack actively would help his team, but could die more easily)

Domination is probably coming some day, and NPC maybe, if I manage to make AI fun/good enough.

Cage is basically old freeze powerup that was removed. Matrix nice idea. Slowing down bullets is also possible.
Edit: And about that new arena size: I'm not making it for now, old arena is working fine.

The king should have 5-10 HP and a specific shield powerup that only king can collect
Cage is basically old freeze powerup that was removed.
When you got frozen, you move slowly, and it breaks when someone hits you or time ends. The cage powerup do a 3x3 wall around the hit players and only breaks after 30 seconds, the player needs manage to avoid bullets in the cage, cause the bullets can pass though cage.

Suggestion:
JUGGERNAUTS
A two-team mode where one team is the Juggernauts. Juggernauts have 3 HP and fire dual shots (one shot followed by a space and then another bullet) but move 4x (4 taps to move one block) slower. The other team is the Soldiers. The Soldiers have only 1 HP and fire and move normally. At the beginning there are two Juggernauts vs. 10 Soldiers (if possible). Once a Soldier dies, he becomes a Light Juggernaut (2 HP but normal firing rate and move 2x slower).
-WINNING
If all the Soldiers and Lights die, the original Juggernauts win. If both Juggernauts die, the Soldiers win. However, once all the Soldiers are dead or are all Lights, the Lights (with same stats) have a chance to kill the 2 Boosted Juggernauts (5 HP, fire dual shots and move at normal speed). If so, the Lights win.
-DEATH SCENARIOS
Soldiers: 3 Second Respawn, transformed into Lights
Light Juggernauts: Don't respawn until Lights vs. Boosted
Juggernauts: Don't respawn
Boosted Juggernauts: Don't respawn
-BLOCKS
Soldiers: 10 Shades of Green
Light Juggernauts: 10 Shades of Yellow
Juggernauts: 2 Shades of White
Boosted Juggernauts: 2 Shades of Gray
