Well. As of the newest update, which I fully support, ALL shared accounts have chat.

My post including every shared account I know is further up this page, and they all need to be warned/have pass changed/banned, because they can all talk.

EDJ doesn't have access to a list of banned users. Even if he did, he hasn't made a single post since October 2012. It's safe to say he's not coming back.

Also, once you post, there's no way to know whether an in-game mod has even seen it.

He's sharing his email so people can add him as a friend. There's no proof that that is the email he uses to log in, and he didn't post a password, either. He broke no rules, he just wants some friends on EE, and you're ready to tear his throat out for it. >_<
