The age range thing is perfectly understandable. It's easier to communicate with someone 13+ than someone that's 10.

Okay, i think, since we currently have perfectly adequate members, that there is absolutely no need whatsoever to continue accepting applications. You clearly stated that the crew will consist of five cooperatives, so even accepting applications to a crew with such high standards when the applications don't even state age, is thoroughly pointless.
There's my well-worded paragraph for the day. Now back to pointless three word comments.

shift has a point. Instead of age, have it be based on intelligence of posts. And from what I can tell, shift is able to piece together comprehensible sentences.

If you give out your age, thats the only thing we will know about you. Therefore, its not a huge deal. But I respect your choice.

But we need someone to make minigames... and as far as I know none of you have showed to me that you're good at making them...
And (no offense to supdorf) but testers are a part of the crew, but not nearly as needed as everyone else; so technically we have 6 members, but 5 will work all that time.
I'm kinda worried about wezza... he's not exactly avid about playing EE...
