Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

ShadowsEdge wrote:Oh good, you investigated Marten, my suspects for Plaguebearer were between Marten and Abiqi. I excluded Fabien just because from the way they played I didn't feel like they were neutral, but my read could be wrong on that. Allen can't be plaguebearer unless someone cc's reporting gambler, do note that Allen could be Forecaster, but even so, it seems that Mafia can't kill so leaving a Forecaster alive isn't that bad.
Assuming Marten didn't appear as Plaguebaeer, Abiqi and Fabien should both claim, I think I'll be more prone to lynching Abiqi today, but should things go another way, I'm fine with lynching Fabien as well.

Also, I should add that I used my revive this night, but since I'm delayed we'll have to wait until next day.
Did you revive my great buddy Marshmallow Marshall.

I was also under the impression that Allen was likely the scum gambler. Precisely because i was predicted to die day 2 and Mutant had been gunning for my head and shading me all through day 1 so i was probably picked as the target they wanted to kill on that day and Allen thus is indeed likely the scum gambler.

Oh yeah i forgot to add that Allen was claiming people shouldn't trust me when we were killing Mutant so that's why i think they are more likely rand scum.

So i don't think you should waste an invest on Allen, Era. Do it for one of the other unconfirmed roles.
And when we think we've killed plaguebearer we just do Allen last. Because i think town has to kill all scum roles, even if they don't have an wincon anymore.

Well let's find out.
@Mini
If an mafia player loses their wincon, do town still need to kill all remaining mafia to win or only the still active threats like Plaguebearer?

I highly doubt any non-town role has any chance if winning at this point?
Is this even an game anymore now that there's no excitement?

I’m sorry if this comment on inactivity bothered you Mutant.
Truth be told i’ve been jaded by this because i feel like on other sites players lie about this all the time so i honestly expected you to use this as an excuse if scum because it would obviously be an very convenient out for you to avoid responsibility by claiming that lack of engaged interest in the game was only due to IRL circumstances and had nothing to do with allignment. And thusly, because my goal was to utterly destroy your morale and have you eliminated as soon as possible i pre-emptively struck on that nerve to leave you with less option to counter-attack. Which might have been a bit of an dubious move but i honestly feel it was fair.

Thinking about it, it's an interesting question.
Some players i have seen get absolutely ballistic when implied that they were avoiding the game for an reason that might not have been RL related. However in some cases, some players will lie about their activity levels to make their lessened interest in the game seem more natural. So it is one of those things where you can say it's bad faith to blame others for not being present even though it is absolutely cases where this would apply as an legitimate reason for lessened player activity.
Other players are completely open about lying in any way possible to gain all the advantages possible too. I have seen one player once claim they were in a birthday and thus couldn't post during an crucial moment in the game, before later revealing they just lied about that to not have to confront the reality of the situation, which is that they were indeed intentionally avoiding the game at that crucial moment because they thought it would be more advantageous to their wincon.
So what is right? If we believe everything then some liars will be able to abuse our naivety. And if we don't believe anything, then it will make some volatile players extremely mad. (I have seen some pretty extreme meltdowns about this. Not saying you are like that Mutant, but i think this is an sore spot for some people that make them really mad)

I could host something, but i tend to value setups that put more emphazis on play rather than investigations. Which haven’t always been appreciated as much on this forum so idk if i should.
