Mafia 44 [Host Modkilled]

Hi, welcome to Mafia 44: Court is in Session!

Yeah all the roles are court themed, lets see how it goes.

The basic rules are the same as usual, basically try to post relatively often (although given COVID-19 I'm expecting excuses like "I was at school" to be less believable), and don't be a ****.
There's a few important rule changes though:

1. This game will end at the end of Day 5. No exceptions, no matter who, if anyone, has won.
2. Almost everyone can use the "!vote X" command, but only votes from the Jury will actually count.
3. The final vote count will not be revealed, only the result.
4. If the Jury votes result in a tie, there will be an extra 24 hours given for people to only vote for the players that are tied. If it results in a tie again, there will be no lynch.
5. The "Judge" role has the power to cancel a lynch, so there may be a delay between when the votes close to when the results are revealed.

I might be wrong but I think Onjit probably has a system in place to prevent the Prosecutor from claiming early on, but I dont know.

Not true. Like Pqwerty said, and I believe Onjit has mentioned, the blue members are more likely a third-party faction deal, rather than a faction of their own. And I remember someone saying before that the third-party factions have to be alive in order to win, regardless of if their win condition was met or not.

Not exactly true either. Prosecutor can be mostly confirmed as the Prosecutor, because they cant vote at all. But killing the Prosecutor is only useful to the mafia before they reveal who the mafia are. Once the Prosecutor reveals who the mafia are, if the Mafia kill them all they do is prevent the Prosecutor from winning, and revealing his role, thereby confirming the players they revealed as mafia. Former being a petty reason, and latter being more suicidal.

I don't know exactly what the vote count is, but I think ASDruska currently has the lowest amount of votes.

Prosecutor can't vote whatsoever. Every other player can vote, but only Jury votes will be counted. But, Onjit won't say which votes weren't counted.

Point being, prosecutor cant vote, so whoever doesn't vote is the Prosecutor.

I'm not sure either Jawapa or Allen are Prosecutor. Jawapa denied being Prosecutor, and Allen just seems to be guessing that Kira is evil. If Allen was prosecutor, I would expect a little more certainty in their accusation because it's literally confirmed to the prosecutor that the people they were given are evil.

In any case, I think Allen is more likely to be Hitman between Jawapa and Allen. Peace might also be a Hitman simply because near the end he seemed to be fully against the idea of revealing the prosecutor, despite reason given to him.

I'm pretty sure my vote's on ASDruska right now, and if we're still doing the stacking votes then I'll keep it there, I don't know if the plan has changed to lynch one person or not.

The only one who isn't allowed to vote, even fake vote, is the Prosecutor. The Jury is trying to find out who the Prosecutor is so that we can find out who the Hitmen are. The Mafia, wanting to prevent that, would probably not vote to prevent us from narrowing down who the Prosecutor is. Therefore, most likely, between the last two non-voters, one is mafia, one is the prosecutor.
