Truman Show Mafia - Game Thread - Producers win!

Welcome to Jim Carrey Mafia!

- This is a pretty standard Mafia setup, with Jim Carrey roles for added flavor!

Setup
- 10 players
- 3 mafia
- 7 town

Rules and Info
- Days are 48 hours, nights are 48 hours, both of which can be ended early
- A majority must be reached in order for a player to be lynched.
- Please vote using the h tag
- Have fun!

Roles

Dr. Eggman

You are Dr. Eggman, you are aligned with the Mafia

Once per night, you may select a player to kill.

You win if all town members are eliminated.

Stanley Ipkiss

You are Stanley Ipkiss. You are aligned with the Mafia

You have no night abilities. If Dr. Eggman dies, however, you inherit their ability to perform the night kill.

You win if all town members are eliminated.

The Grinch

Once per night, you may choose a member of the town to roleblock.

You win if all town members are eliminated.

You win if all members of the Mafia are eliminated.

Lloyd Christmas

You can't know the other role at the same time if you keep it a secret from yourself. Telling another player your role would be cheating.

I mean, if it makes you feel any better, I didn't figure it out until they asked you if you've seen the Truman show. I thought the game was just a big meme and that it ended when they started signups for Mafia 44.

I have that feeling you get after watching a movie with an epic plot twist. It's like a mix of shock and awe. I really thought this game would be recorded in the Mafia Archive as a "dumpster fire", but it turns out that's exactly what you were going for.

Bravo, Kirby. Bravo, Producers. This really made my day. It was fun to be a part of it, even if it was accidentally.

I thought the game ended because they started the signups for the next game. Signups usually happen when the game ends.

I didn't realize the game was still going on and ended up breaking the rules.
