Mafia 42 - Game Thread - Day 4

- I'm not enforcing any rules on inactivity. That will be governed by the players.
- Day phases will be 72 hours, night phases will be 48; give or take depending on my schedule.
- My messages will be in this color. Do not use it, or I will be angry.
- All votes should be inside an h-tag. I'm not going to be strict about this, but not doing so could mean your vote gets missed.
- Don't do anything to **** off Tomahawk.
- If you're not a player, don't post here. If you're dead, don't post here.
- This is a game, don't be a **** to others.
- A lynch will occur when someone has collected a majority of votes. If no majority is met, no one will be lynched. If a majority is met, players may continue to post in the thread until it is locked.

This is my first time hosting a mafia game. I will probably make mistakes. PM me if I do, so I can fix them.

All night actions should be sent in a PM, including the mafia's.

Framer

Once per night phase, you may target one player to frame. If your target is investigated they will appear to be a member of the mafia.

If the Godfather is killed, you will become the new Godfather.

Mafia Goon

Abilities:
You have no nightly abilities.

Vanilla Townie

Win condition:
You win when all threats threats to the town are eliminated.

Sheriff
[Player Name], you are a Sheriff.

Abilties:
Once per night phase, you may check one player to determine if they are "suspicious" or "seems innocent".

Win condition:
You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.

Doctor
[Player Name], you are a Doctor.

Abilities:
Once per night phase, you may protect one player from being night killed. You can only protect against one night kill per night. You cannot protect yourself.

Win condition:
You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.

Veteran
[Player Name], you are a Veteran.

Abilities:
You may choose to go on alert each night, three times in total. You will kill anyone who visits you while on alert.

Win condition:
You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.

Roleblocker
[Player Name], you are a Roleblocker.

Abilities:
Once per night phase, you may choose one player to roleblock, preventing them from performing their night action. Your target will be told they were roleblocked.

Win condition:
You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated.

Serial Killer
[Player Name], you are a Serial Killer.

Abilities:
Once per night, you may choose one player to kill.

Win condition:
You win when you are the last man standing.

hell yeah also we shoudl probabbly watch out for this rule:

no lynch coudl mean a free kill for mafia but also coudl be use don D1 wiht no information but then again this post brings up some questions:

I wonder which townie we are going to mislynch today.

coudl be lookign too far into it but either its an **** post because its D1 or its...

I was speculating on the worst possible scenario for town.

So, if that's the case I think a No-Lynch > Randlynch today. Also, I'm at school rn so I'll try and see who seems scummy when I get out.

I thought nolynching was always worse for town, since it just gives maf/sk a free kill to start the game with. at least with a lynch we have a chance. we just sit around we're going to get massacred.

D1 = higher chance to hit town since you dont have information + we have some PR's to give information on D2

givng the mafia easy kills  is very bad wiht only 1 doc GG we lost if crybaby is our real sheriff he basicaly committed suicice good **** job crybaby and im no tinto norweg being the real veteran nor am i into kira being th eveteran/doc

The doc is protecting Crybaby tonight Peace. And i’m practically invincible as scum and SK die if they touch me. This mass claim was a grand success.

we shoudl look into who voted kira if kira flips to choose who to target if youre a PR if kira flips scum we can chekc if he was bussed if kira flips green then it migth be sucm driven

@jawap when you close the thread put in the title N1 or simulair and when the next day start put D2 in the tile or something so we don tlose track of what day it is
