Mafia 42 - Game Thread - Day 4

- I'm not enforcing any rules on inactivity. That will be governed by the players.
- Day phases will be 72 hours, night phases will be 48; give or take depending on my schedule.
- My messages will be in this color. Do not use it, or I will be angry.
- All votes should be inside an h-tag. I'm not going to be strict about this, but not doing so could mean your vote gets missed.
- Don't do anything to **** off Tomahawk.
- If you're not a player, don't post here. If you're dead, don't post here.
- This is a game, don't be a **** to others.
- A lynch will occur when someone has collected a majority of votes. If no majority is met, no one will be lynched. If a majority is met, players may continue to post in the thread until it is locked.

This is my first time hosting a mafia game. I will probably make mistakes. PM me if I do, so I can fix them.

All night actions should be sent in a PM, including the mafia's.

Well in every game, D1 always has a higher chance to hit town, so what is stopping us from lynching?

Double votes isn't really scummy for me. Pqwerty wanted to be the policy lynch D1, so Norboy voted, then he found peace sus, so he voted peace. Nothing wrong with that.

If Kira is really a Doctor, I think the reason he claimed Veteran is to hide his identity as a Doctor. Doctor is an important role, so he might need to make sure that mafia will not attack him. Therefore claimed Veteran.

Maybe he didn’t think that the real Veteran would out themselves, but then in this situation, if I’m a Vet I might as well counterclaim Kira too.

And if he’s trying to frame you, wouldn’t Kira be very suspicious if you turned out to be Vet? How does that benefit Kira if he’s scum?

We were doing a massclaim to find out the scum. Crybaby was 2nd on the player list so he claimed, and we sure did not expect that the Doctor would die this early since we're all pretty sure that Kira was scum lol

Onjit and BuzzerBee voted for Kira. Not very scummy tho tbh because I understand what they were thinking.

Nothing much on D1 tbh, since it's a bunch of confirmed towns talking for many pages. I find peace slightly suspicious in D1. Others are all null.

D2:
Peace in #287 gives me an impression that he's blaming people for massclaiming and made the doc die, but then himself also participated in the Kira bandwagon.

We didn't expect the doc to die because we assumed he would claim VT and not Vet like Kira did.
The only reason the strategy failed is because we lynched the doctor yesterday. Giving free reign for the scum to kill whoever they please. The assumption was that the doctor would be alive to defend the sheriff and the sheriff could then give us a result today.

sure btu we have 2 (not counting vet) killign roles and only 1 kill so either our blocker got lucky or kirby is sk/maf thats why i went aigenst them

What made you change your mind and vote Onjit tho, you still didnt explain this
