Mafia 41 [Werewolves win]

General rules for participation:

- 1 ingame day lasts for 6 IRL days to allow proper discussion time. There is no night phase.
- I will count any visible votes. But i'd prefer it if you used the (h) tag to make my life easier. Valid commands: "!Vote <player>" "!Unvote"
- Self-votes are counted and you can use it as a strategy, but don't gamethrow. Play to win.
- Don't be toxic, rude, use personal attacks.
- This is my colour. Don't use it to impersonate me.
- Be active. If you are busy in real life, try to make at least one useful post per day. Or place your vote. If you lack passion or motivation to play the game, consider replacing out.
- Do not talk about the game outside of the game thread, discussing the game on discord or private messages with other players is not allowed and is against the spirit of the game.
- A lynch occurs when a majority of votes has been reached, if a consensus of who to lynch isn't reached before deadline, then the player that has reached the most amount of votes first will be lynched.
- Talking is allowed during twilight. Players nominated for lynch may talk until the moderator has announced their death. Once you are dead, you are not allowed to talk in the thread until the moderator has ended the game. However you are allowed a single short post if it is unrelated to the game.
- Users not participating are not allowed to post in the game topic.
- I will prod players who have not posted for an extended period. If prodded, you must post within 24 hours to avoid replacement.
Requiring repeated prods, or excessive prodging, will result in replacement.
- Do not take screenshots or quote anything from your role pm. All possible role pms can be seen below.

Setup Specific Rules

*There is one Wolf goon and two traitors.
*There is no scum chat.
*For day 1 only, if a member of the werewolves (werewolf Goon or 2 traitors) were to be the last person to vote to lynch a town player, they would, themselves, be lynched as well. If the lynched player is from the werewolves faction they won't die.
*Traitors are only endgamed if they are all lynched. In other words, if the wolf is lynched, they still can win by being the majority.
*The Werewolf knows who the two traitors are, and the Traitors both know who the Wolf is, but they do not know who each other are.
*This game is nightless
*If you are confused about anything ingame, just question me.
*Day Phases will last approximately 6 days. If a consensus of who to lynch isn't reached, then the player that has reached the most amount of votes first will be lynched.

Vanilla Townie pm:
Welcome to the Village of Ore. Where the land is plagued with a curse. You are but a regular Vanilla Townie, but one of your fellow villagers were cursed with a plague to kill everyone around them. But there's more. There are two spell-casters that caused this all to happen. They agree that it's time to purge this land of all that is unholy. That actually includes you! As a last ditch effort, all you have to do is find out who among you is betraying you and lynch them on the spot. Work together with your fellow townsmen and rid the land of your curse by voting on the players that you believe to be betraying you by voting them into a lynch. Good luck!

You are a Vanilla Townie. You win when all parties of the Werewolf faction (Werewolf goon,

Welcome to the Village of Ore. You have been selected by [Traitor A] and [Traitor B] to become the Werewolf Goon that will purge this land of all it's wickedness. Their methods were unknown to you, but you are simply aware they've simultaneously wished for you to become the candidate to commit to the deed. Though your strength is still of a mortal man when you transform, you still need time before you can purge it. The only problem is the other villagers are already on to you. Play along as one of the normal villagers and try to use the help of your fellow traitors in order to outlast the lynching session until you can overtake the remaining townies so you can go through with your master plan.

You are a Werewolf Goon. Your traitors are [Traitor A] and [Traitor B].You win when your faction controls 50% of the population and nothing can prevent this. Please respond to this message with a confirmation. The Game Thread is here.

Welcome to the Village of Ore. You have a master plan to use [Goon A] as your Werewolf Goon in order to purge this land of it's impurity. You know that someone out there is also on your side and also believes in your wolf that will cleanse this land, but the villagers in charge seem to strongly disagree with it being the right idea. You carefully infiltrate the politics of the village in order to slowly persuade them into your ranks, but soon find out they they've quickly caught on to your games. With the use of confusion magic it's allowed yourself to confuse everyone around you and make them forget who the traitor among them was. The only problem is they still believe that one of them is a traitor and are adamant about killing them before the entire village is destroyed. Their resolves are much stronger than you had hoped. Furthermore, you can't remember who your partner was that has helped you get this far due to the confusion. Your resolve is strong though, and you know it must be the right thing to do to continue on with the plan and kill everyone who gets in your way by persuasion with the other members. Use your tongue, not your dagger until it is finally time to strike so that you can overtake the remaining townsfolk.

Hello, Let me quickly introduce myself:

I am the town investigator, Mister Kira Del Fourgeaud XIII. I have been the Town investigator for many years and many know of my success. I get jobs from the government, and very rarely I accept jobs from people themselves, since I usually weird requests (Spy on my husband/boyfriend type of thing... You get it, not my jam.) I am the most competent Investigator in the world and I have also been the most famous one throughout all these years, my name also resonate through the parrallel universes. You get it, I'm hot ****.

I am posting here to share the results of my previous investigation: The rampaging Werewolf (TRW). Case that lasted from 03/02/2020 to 09/02/2020.

Let me tell you how it started.

03/02/2020:

A client that goes by the name of "Anonymous" contacted me on that day, saying that they had a very spicy jobs in their hands for me. I was intrigued, so we both sat down I listened to him. He explained to me, that this case was not like the others I have dealt with, and god. He was right. He gave me 5 pieces of papers, that shows the murders of 5 human beings, and all of them had a thing in common: They all had this specific sign near their bodies in blood: ☮️. All these murders were executed during full moon night.

I was promised a large sum of money for finding the murderer, but honestly I didn't care. My blood was boiling of excitement, this truly was a case not like the others.

04/02/2020:

I called my private friend detective Onjit Del Aspergeau XII over in order to receive his opinion on the case, I needed a lead after all. He was as shocked as I am but then he gave me his opinion after thinking about it for a while: The murderer might not even be a human. At that moment I jumped out of my seat and was taken by surprise! It makes sense! The victims were all shred to pieces and it clearly looked as if a beast did all of that. My friend was right, we had to consider the possibility that the murderer might not even be a human. But then, what could it be? What kind of beast had the intelligence to draw a ☮️
sign near the bodies and would only kill on a full moon night?

I had no clue, after a day of thinking I went to sleep, hoping that the night would give me advice.

05/02/2020:

This was a really important day. Well, not really day more like a really important night. That's right, this was the full moon night, so a murder might occure. We had to take all the possible precautions, so I started executing the plan I had in mind. I went to the market and bought a doll that ressembled a human. Next, I went to the butcher and asked him if I could buy animal blood, he refused, but after seeing the amount of money I was paying him, he quickly accepted.

I put the doll in my garden near the tree and hung it with a rope, I waited the evening in order to spread the blood on the doll, I put cameras all around it and made myself comfy in my basement: There was literally no way the "Beast" could find the basement as it was extremely well hidden inside my own house.
11 PM, nothing. Not even a cat in sight.
Midnight. Something happened. I heard a howling, but not your casual howling, something big, something scary. And I saw it. I'm not **** around with you. I **** saw it. I jumped out of my seat, completely astonished. It was an actual **** werewolf, the one you see in the books and movies. It was around 5 meters tall, extremely wide and very frightening to see. I saw that monster for a few seconds, but that beast was no fool: He quickly smelled the doll and left. He realized that doll wasn't human and he understood that this was a bait.

I tried sleeping this night, but obviously I couldn't. I couldn't even leave my basement, I was scared and excited at the same time.

06/02/2020:

Ding ding ding. I turned the TV on and read the newspaper. There was another murder. Not your casual murder. The same exact murder as the 5 other victims. Same thing: the ☮️ symbol, and a cold blooded murder done by a Werewolf. I have seen the murderer from my own 2 eyes and I concluded that it only could've been done by a giant 5 meters werewolf, after all his claws were really **** big, and only the werewolf's claws came in mind, looking at the victims bruises. I contacted several agents to spy on several people, I also contacted a private squad, former commandos from the army to take a trip in the forest see if they could find any clues on this werewolf.

After this long day, I went to sleep seeing that I was growing tired. I didn't want to overwork myself.

07/02/2020:

I had to play the waiting game. I needed to wait for my squad's results and also my agents: I had no choice but to wait. I waited. I waited all day long. Nothing. I called, but no results from both sides thus, I decided to go to sleep.

08/02/2020:

At around 5 am, my agents called me waking me up saying they might have found a lead. Agent 2B55B5G TNG and Crybaby confirmed to have found another victim's body under a bridge. I went there immediately and saw it from my own 2 eyes: The body was decomposed, and the murder was definitely done days ago, most likely on the full moon by the werewolf. There also was this huge sign of blood on the wall: ☮️

I called the police and they took care of the body before sunrise. What was this sign all about? I looked it up and couldn't find anything. Nothing nada. But then it struck me by surprise: Isn't this the peace sign?! It is! This is the peace sign! ☮️ This doesn't make any **** sense! Why would the werewolf kill people in order to wish for peace! We never heard of their existence before, we aren't at war! No one knows the existence of them except myself! I've seen one with my own 2 eyes!

And then it just came to me. This isn't a sign.

It is not a sign wanting for peace.

It's a signature.

It's a signature done by the killer itself.

A werewolf that is aware of his own crime.

Peace.

Peace del Melfergieux the XIII.

That bastard, all this time he was under my nose! I quickly contacted my private squad to come back from the forest and paid them an additional amount to check Peace del Melfergieux the XIII's house and it turns out I was right. He was the killer. He was the werewolf. They quickly seized him and brought peace to my basement, he was HEAVILY attached to a lot of handcuffs, ropes and metal bars, he couldn't even move his toe. the only things he could move were his eyes and tongue. Nothing else.

I interrogated him, and he confessed to transform into a werewolf during full moon and commit crimes uncontrollably. I called anonymous and told them that the job was done. They immediately sent the huge amount of money promised on my account and were thankful.

09/02/2020:

Peace del Melfergieux the XIII was sentenced to a lynch.

Mixed feelings about Crybaby, he's proven twice he doesn't take the game seriously nor takes the time to even read the rules.
Onjit doesn't look scummy to me, he's just Onjit'ing the game like every others
As for Peace he's lowkey the only one who has put effort into the game
Mutantdevle has been seating in the back which is unlike him, I don't think he's taking the game that seriously judging his iso
2B TNG has been playing passive/aggressive, joining Peace's wagon in and out, I don't really have an opinion on him right now
Oldinese looks scummy to me, joining in and out on Peace's wagon started by Onjit for the lols, his whole iso screams scum.

I'm hesitating between Theo or Crybaby, both seem scummy to me. I don't know who could be the third though, Theo seems to really side with Crybaby and he's considered as new, does anything feel the same towards both or am I the only one?

this was honestly a tough win. I couldn't haven't done it without my precious teammates Peace and MutantDevle. We outsmarted town from 0 to finish, no counterplay. Such is the way of the strong, we make our own path to victory and nothing can stop us.

There were no stakes. None of the other town did anything useful at all. How is it that I have more posts here than any of them and I'm supposedly busier than them? How is it that not a single one of them called me out on my willingness to take the hammer? I have no clue but the possibility of losing the game was too large to ignore for me. I couldn't care less that we lost, the game's undeniably stacked against us. I'm glad it ejded sooner rather than later, tbh because I probably couldn't handle the migraine it would take me to lead the town into day 2, if Theo were scum.
