Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Rules (Stolen from Onjit):
1. Respect everyone, it's just a game, don't be a jerk.
2. Do not gamethrow. Play your role to win even if it seems dire, you never know what might happen.
3. Only discuss the game in this thread, or threads I assign to you.
4. Dead men tell no tales. Please use the graveyard thread if you have been eliminated.
5. Make all night actions via PM to me.
6. Don't use the mod text color please.
7. Try to post at least once every 24 hours.
8. Days will last 72 hours, nights will last 24 hours.
9. If you break the rules I will be rather bad-tempered or difficult to deal with (informal North American adjective).
10. Have fun!
For further rules read this: https://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.p … meSpecific
The rules are pretty much common sense tbh. I reserve the right to punish you for doing anything that breaks the game even if it is not explicitly stated here.
The setup is this: https://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=C9%2B%2B
I have used a random number generator to get 7 numbers. These numbers then decide what roles are in the game. If you do not fully understand how the setup works then all you need to know is that the only roles possible are listed in the 'example roles' section of that link. I will be using the role PMs stated there.
- Despite what is implied in the example roles, all PTs in this game will be open both day and night.
3. ZeldaXD
7. TaskManager
8. Daneeko
9. ShadowsEdge
13. NoNK

Something I've noticed about onjit so far, and I'm not sure how many people are seeing this yet, but onjit has been making a lot of observations this game. Let me point a few out for you guys.
he is making a joke
jokes are funny and make the game more enjoyable
this is a town tendency
In this post, onjit notices that I'm making a joke, which he says is a town tendency. This shows his analysis and thought process is at work, and that's a town aligned mindset.
!vote NoNK
he is not last
he lied, this is a scum tendency
Now in this post, onjit misinterprets something, but you can still see how his thought process candidly aligns with what he's saying, and his actions line up with his thoughts. Town post.

Hi I'm not reading my role card until d2
Hey, what the hell? Don't go around giving out anti-town advice.
Not reading your role card is a good strategy if you turn out to be an anti-town role, but if you're town, you're basically shooting us all in the foot by preventing us from being able to read you on day 1.

I have no problem admitting that I have no idea how to read peace. I've heard people say in past games I spectated that peace is easy to read, so I'm more than happy to just trust the wisdom of the crowd on this one. If peace getting angry on page 2 is enough to catch him as mafia, that works for me!

See you can't do crap like that, it doesn't work. If they're maf, they're going to kill someone else. If they're innocent, maf will kill you to send you on a goose chase.
This.
I have exactly zero stock in any of the proposed scumteams people are wildly flinging around.
Mafia is a game of words and actions, and it's easy to fling words around, even if you're mafia. Not every mafia null-reads his partners for example, read purgatorEE. Not every mafia is afraid of naming his partners, not every mafia is afraid of even going after and pushing his partners. In purgatorEE, it took so many days of gameplay and analysis, and 3 scum flips before mutantdevle cracked the assosciative case, which was that all the mafia were town-reading and speaking positively about each other. Meanwhile in their reads lists they were actively trying to put up traps and distance from each other. PurgatorEE had a team of FIVE mafia, composing ONE THIRD of the game, and even then, assosciatives still didn't lead to a perfect conclusion. (they incorrectly got zelda as scum) Assosciatives don't work the way you think they do, there's a reason people don't bother with them too much until they see a flip, outside of LYLO of course.
@Jawapa, and anyone else pushing spaghetti page 1 scumteams, stop.
If you're town, assoscaitives tells are a mid to late game scumhunting tool. Using them 48 hours into a game is not accurate. What we ought to be doing is getting scummy people lynched. Peace is the primary wagon right now, and for good reason. What's your take on that?
If you're mafia, you've picked the wrong fight, and you're not going to be able to mislynch me, so sorry to disappoint.

Yeah, he's just going along with the consensus reads, and he left out onjit town.
I suppose I didn't like it because his reads are close to my reads, and my reads are close to consensus reads too. But when you put that in context with how his overall play is cautious and not as lighthearted as it first appeared, this lines up as another data point against him.
So yeah, that does check out. Maybe not as a reason to scumread him on it's own, but once you put it in context.

Pretty sure this is the last day we get in our 72 hours, so I would not be opposed to putting peace at L-1 and beyond, considering he's consistently scumtelling. This game doesn't have compulsive plurality lynches, we actually need to hammer our wagons.

I don't see the incentive to vote daneeko today - a good portion of evidence against him hinges on the assumption that he's lynch happy, and so lynching peace gives information about daneeko, as well as more likely eliminating a mafia.
Depending on peace's flip, the scumminess of some of daneeko's actions varies greatly, and I'd rather see it before putting too much stock into it.

Yeah, no. That's a scummy vote. You know better than that 100%. We're not going to play like a bunch of idiots where we keep suspecting townies for being wrong, and open up the door for a mafia to potentially bus his partners and steamroll the game.
1. Any townie could reasonably have expected peace to be mafia based on his actions. I know because certainly did. Being on the wagon in and of itself is not scummy, and leading it was not scummy either.
2. Despite the fact the wagon made sense, it can be reasonably expected that one or more mafia were involved in the whole thing just due to the speed.
3. Mafia have a tendency to hedge, so in addition to finding the scum on the wagon, I would be suspicious of anyone who discredited the peace wagon without actually pushing for a viable alternative.
Here's what I've got:
Peace: NoNK, Slabdrill, Daneeko, Kira, Onjit, TaskManager, NorwegianboyEE
Other: mrjawapa, ZeldaXD, ShadowsEdge, Different55 <---- The laws of hedging say there is probably 1 mafia in this pool, I think it's less likely to be mrjawapa just because he actually took a stance yesterday.
The reason I don't put daneeko in red is because his actions can be from a disoriented mafia, but they can also be explained from the perspective that he's a new player and he's just doing whatever the heck? Like both are plausible to me, perhaps the VT read moreso considering how he has not really responded much to the pressure on him, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was mafia in the push on him? Lynch the new guy is easy money for scum. But I'm just making that up, I would actually need to go back and read to see if that's likely.
All of this is just off the top of my head.
If I can find some more spare time, I ought to go over the ISO's of everyone in white.
