Multi-key to single key mapping?

I feel as if this belongs on a microsoft forum but I don't want them validating my copy of windows (obvious reasons that came from unfortunate circumstances), so does anyone know any way to map key commands like fn+Home to the numlock key? There are no results that are specific to my problem. ._.
I need something that writes directly to the registry and not scripts. (that's where I get stuck at...)
(p.s. I'd rather not make any more accounts for other forums, I've forgotten roughly 13 different alts)

have you tried purchasing literally any corsair or razer keyboard and using the macros?
