Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

There are a bunch of action tools using + and - symbol on its graphical box.
It would be helpful to allow the use of the "+" and "-" key symbols, and/or the scroll of the mouse to add or subtract to the "number ID" of the action item selected.
Also first pressing another command key, like shift, ctrl or alt to activate the feature.
1. One box option for the item: ^

2. Two or more boxes option for the item: Those would need an additional step, that could be to firstly press inside one of those boxes, the one that builder want to add or subtract, after that, the builder will be able to modify that selected box text, until changing (clicking) on another different text box of the item.

Note: Right now we are able to use Q and E for the purpose.
You can already add/subtract using Q and E. Doesn't work for blocks with multiple arguments though.
