Spectator mode

Give God the following access:
- see hidden blocks
- inspect to everything
= basically trusted user without edit access

Spectator mode:
- can't collect coins.
- one block that enables it
- on block that disables it
- can't disable automatically
- can't spectate other players if disabled. (still, because lower reason)
- as well get new layers: blockers which block the use of this

ah i asume the last one is a blcok where they cant fly over nice thye shoudl also get a symbol that they are in spectator mode

it's not necessary for me, because you can't know if a player have god mode or forcefly, or godmode or edit or normal mode or edit or godmode so you don't have to know if someone is in spectator mode or other aura mode
