Make spec work the same way as map

Hitting a map block would enable spec if disabled, and people with god always have access to spec.

yes please btu a seperate blcok for spec and alos a block for unspeccing (since lukem speccing can tbe abused wiht takign ascreenshot hehe) people with god shoudl hvve acces to spec yes since they can just fly to the person wait no nvm dont give poele wih god acces to spec sometimes oyu just want to do an rpg worl dwiht your firend who all have edit but thye may not spec

or just display block coordinates, no more than that
why would a mortal player need it
can only be used to cheat and reveal secrets, particularly in zoey's contest level with fossil
