Like Low Jump Effect is to Jump Effect, Slow Speed Effect is to Speed Effect

Relevant: https://forums.everybodyedits.com/viewt … p?id=43188 (there was a fairly long discussion here about whether slow speed effects would have good uses, but there were few that people could think of (they were mostly things like giving people slow effects to go through mud, which is just annoying ), so we didn't add it with the low jump effect)

Wasn't that slowness meant to slow the entire process? Like slow the jump and its' fall? I mean that the right/left keys will have a swiller effect.

They didn't explicitly say, but I'm assuming they meant the opposite of speed effect (the slow game speed thing was another topic)

Zombie + Slow Jump gives you a jump height of 0.7 Blocks.
Zombie + Slow Dot + Slow Effect would be useful

I'm just going to paste Xenonetix's reply to that.
Sometimes, you get a lot of feedback from people just by their reactions, or lack thereof in some cases, such as lack of woots of the original post in this instance.
We have been considering the alternate effects for awhile, and are planning on adding some new effects soon.
We understand that there is definitely a worthwhile application for using low jump, so that may be implemented in future, as it can be used very creatively in gameplay.
As for slowness, KingN24 has basically hit the nail on the head, but not necessarily for the reasons he intended - Slowness could be too easily used for games that are meant to be frustrating, and little else. There are already many ways to become slow in Everybody Edits, whether it's with slow dots, mud, climbable objects, or zombies, but I don't believe there are many ways at all to implement any sort of low jump right now except for using zombies, which means it feels like low jump should be more accessible.
There's one other effect I feel similar about, but I won't go into too much detail on that yet - Suffice to say, we have more effects planned.
He's basically saying that it could be used for good, but can be too easily be used for evil, meaning that it may be used just to waste a players time, and make them frustrated.
He also said that there are other ways to slow the players and ways.

Maybe they are, maybe they aren't.
They (by that I mean 1 developer as far as I know) said it could be used to make maps even more frustrating.
