I have no clue what you're trying to get at here... The rules seem perfectly sensible
You need to put all swearing that isn't caught by the auto censor thingy in a TW tag
If you have in game swear filter on, you don't need to put the image in a TW as there isn't any swearing
If you have it off, you have to if there is any visible swearing, so cropping / editing is fine
Surely this is how it should work? The censor thingy can't auto censor images, so you have to do it yourself.
